Although there isn’t a dedicated “fitness” section in the menu, you’ll find plenty of balanced, nutritious options. Whether you’re working towards a fitness goal, following a specific diet, or simply appreciate wholesome food, we’ve got you covered. Our grilled and barbecued specialities, crisp salads, seafood dishes, and risottos are all excellent choices for health-conscious diners.

Absolutely! We offer a wide variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes – from fresh salads and grilled vegetables to dips, risottos, pizzas, and a delicious range of potato-based creations.

While the explicitly labelled vegan options on our menu may be limited, we’re more than happy to adapt any dish to suit your dietary preferences. Just let us know what you need – we’ll take care of the rest.

Our kitchen in Sunny Beach is another point of pride – a true culinary masterpiece. Spanning over 200 square metres, it’s fitted with state-of-the-art equipment and, most importantly, staffed by some of the finest professionals in the industry, all dedicated to making your experience unforgettable.

We’re constantly refining our recipes and expanding our offerings, drawing inspiration from both traditional and modern local and international cuisine. We also collaborate with renowned chefs respected on both the Bulgarian and global culinary scenes.

And here’s a sweet surprise – we now have our very own gelato machine in Sunny Beach, allowing us to prepare artisan ice cream on-site, using only top-quality Italian ingredients.
